I keep having a hard time to log in to view my images. And once I’m logged in, it wouldn’t let me download the images. I have to keep closing the app and reopening it again to have it work once out of 9 tries…so frustrating. ### 3/5 — Problemlos - Jedoch zu teuer *2024-12-10* Absolut problemlos die Bilder erhalten. I suggest saving all the pics because you can’t rely on this app for too long. Save, print, and frame 😊 **Developer response:** This issue has been fixed in the latest version. It won’t allow me to stop, save, or anything. I’m very disappointed because I have a ton of ultrasound pictures and videos on here. I’ve uninstalled and redownloaded several times, which didn’t help at all. I truly hope this gets resolved soon. ### 2/5 — Pictures not showing up :( *2021-03-08* I have tons of pictures on my Tricefy...thought they would always be safe, but unfortunately I was wrong. Tried everything ### 3/5 — Sound on videos? *2019-12-10* I love that I can have the ultrasound pictures on my phone. But they also sent me videos of the heartbeats, and I can’t get sound. Am I missing something? My husband isn’t able to get to appointments, and I’d love him to be able to hear our babies heartbeats too. **Developer response:** The files from ultrasound machines unfortunately don't contain sound. We are working with manufacturers of these machines to try to make this available in the future. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2019-10-18* Would have been nice if it worked but it won’t let me past the how to screen even after following others comments of going back and re-opening the original link. I just saved them to my phone. Don’t make an app if you can’t build properly ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work half the time *2022-12-01* I’m not the one to complain but my doctors doesn’t offer prints at all they only give you ultrasound pics via this app and I have been trying for 4-5 months now to view my ultrasound pics and they will never load. It just stays on a solid white screen. It’s really aggravating and pisses me off cause I just want to be able to have the pics of my child. I’m pregnant again and they use this app to send the ultrasounds again and all of my pictures are in the same place together and I can see all of them.
