## What is Tricella Health?

Tricella Health connects families through health. Whether you're starting your keto journey or caring for a loved one. Our smart devices (pillbox, blood pressure monitor and glucose/ketone and auto GKI Device) uses phantom sync technology. This means the smart health devices can sync data to your iOS device even when the app is in the background. With Family notifications, you'll be in the know when a loved one doesn't take their pills on time. Tricella connects to healthkit. Tricella may connect with medical devices (only available in the USA). It is not intended to diagnose health conditions. Having a disable child with seizures is very important not to miss his medications. Our
trícela helps us keep his scheduled dosages, keep his levels steady and minimize seizures. A great device.

I’ve used Tricella for about 3 years.  For awhile, there were several features that didn’t work well, but, after several needed updates to the app, I would say that i am quite happy with it. When something doesn’t work, it’s usually my fault for misreading or opening the wrong drawer. I’ve forgotten when I last needed to change the batteries.

My husband suffers from seizures and if he misses one dose he will have a Grand Mal before his next dose. My daughter searched for a method that would remind him and send us reminders if he misses. Ours works as designed thankfully! This has been a true life saver. I can't understand the negative reviews because ours works like a charm. The only problem we have had is because of our fault. If you slightly leave a door ajar it will run the battery down. We even travel with this and just connect to the internet where we are at. I am a user for life! My husband uses this food his ONE medication because it is his most important one. This will not work for multiple pills multiple times per day. That might be why others didn't like it.

The app is useless and boring. It does nothing other than tell me when I’m opening my pillbox and it only does that half the time. It does remind me every 5 minutes that I’m late taking my medication when I’m sleeping in. The pillbox looks nice, lights up (sometimes) when I open it but other than that it doesn’t make it any easier for me to take my medication that one from the dollar store would. I used to want it to work for me, now I just want it to go away.

I really should have read reviews for this before purchasing it on clearance at target. I bought this for my sister who is going through chemo and has to take multiple pills multiple time’s a day. I thought this pillbox and app would help keep our family on top of her dosages and times she needs to take her pills. In order for that to be the case, I would have to buy several of these dumb pillboxes. 🤦‍♀️ & that wouldn’t even completely solve the issue. You’re better off saving the money and buying a plastic pill box and downloading a medication tracker that actually does something other than remind you to take your gummy vitamins every morning. 😡

Love the concept for the product, but the app is unintuitive, non-reactive (doesn't really tell you what's wrong if something is wrong - I'd rather have it say it couldn't do something than just take me back to the homepage), and just simply wouldn't pair with my pillbox.

I'll buy it again when it's done.. or a buy better competitor product when it comes along.

Thing won't even get through the setup process without freezing on an error message. That's as far as I've gone. Thanks Target for bringing us a useless piece of plastic.

My regrets to the others (reviewers) who lost their receipts 😩. However, don't let their reviews go to waste. The six previews previously written to mine are all 100% truthful and correct, so please read them.  I may get my 79 bucks back, but I would like Tricella to refund me two hours of my life back. The most mind-boggling part is, if all the issues listed previously were corrected you would still need to buy an additional pillboxes for each time of the day you needed to take pills. So if you took pills like me, I need for pillboxes because I have to take pills for times a day. Even though some are the same pills. Tricella, you are a disgrace to the medical industry.
