Highly recommended! *2026-05-31* My grandparents were WW2 era and back then Bridge Club is what you did! They both played in a Bridge Club until the day they died in their 80’s. I’ve always wanted to learn how to play and have printed off game rules, I’ve tried other apps. This app is the only one that I actually learned how to play and I love it! It’s addicting. It makes me want to find a local Bridge Club! I’m am empty nester now, this was the first step in taking that step. I ABSOLUTELY recommend it. I basically knew nothing about how to play but now feel like I could play in person with real people. Great learning tools, fun competitive modes (no PvP, just competing to get top scores against the bots). I do hope they’ll add more lessons soon though, there’s a lot more that comes up frequently in games that would be helpful to cover (like preemptive bids and, especially, defense). Only other complaint is the bots have weird bidding behaviors sometimes, but it’s never going to be perfect and they’re generally good — if I’m being honest, it’s usually my own fault when I find myself in a bad contract. They constantly over bid. If you bid one of anything, they will bid higher. They never have the cards to win. The developers did an absolutely horrible with this. With no intervening bid, partner bids 3 C. Hint told me he had 6-9 clubs and under 10 points. I passed having 2 clubs with king. Partner had 4 clubs with queen but had 5 diamonds with two honors. The hint was totally misleading. This type of thing has happened to me several times. I decided to sign up at a $9.99 fee, hoping to improve the honesty of the game. Didn’t happen. I will cancel the app and not recommend it to others. ### 2/5 — Squandered Potential *2025-01-22* A charming interface ruined by the bot’s appalling understanding of bidding and defensive play. Not only does your partner frequently make horrible mistakes but there is no consistency across tables in duplicate tournaments. On other tables the bot might play correctly but then on your table it makes a a dreadful error that ruins your chances of getting a good score. This can of course work in your favour too but it’s not a fun way to win or to lose. Moreover these issues seem to have existed for many years.
