No iPad landscape support. Why don’t you support the 1 billion iPads in the world (that are primarily used in landscape mode)? This also won’t work with iPad keyboards that *ONLY* work in landscape mode. 2. Why can’t I pay now with the gift card that is on my account? Furthermore, why can’t I combine gift cards? 3.No dark mode support — this is required for iOS 13. 4. Words are cutoff on screen. My rewards points never show up on the app or the website for that matter, it was months after the last update that you could once again check out via the app, the thing is just a mess. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2022-06-02, version 2.0.9* App will not work for me. I can sign in without a problem on the website so I know my account information is correct but every time I try to sign in with the app it says either my username or password is incorrect. Receptionist had to do it on her computer. Keeps logging me out and I have to log in again. Can’t book with more than one technician. App directs to their website. So what’s the point of an app? Needs a lot of improvement ### 1/5 — Does. Not. Work. *2020-02-27, version 1.13.10* Just like the website, constant failures to even get logged in, prompts to change or update password when just logging in. Can’t move in and out of services on same day or same technician. Extremely frustrating, and makes the user just call to reserve a service anyway — and then on the phone, get different availability information to steer you to a more expensive service or technician. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — I wish the app was as good as their service *2025-08-12, version 5.15.8* This app is contains a lot of bugs, making it difficult to make appointments on there easily. First off, they have three options Quick Book, Book Now, & Group Booking. - The Quick Book only works if you have had an appointment in the last three months. That’s not efficient since colorings are on avg every 3-4 months, and hair cuts even less often for some of us. - Book Now doesn’t let you specify the date. - Group bookings doesn’t let you choose different timeslots for other guests who have multiple services. The only way I was able to get a regular appointment was by choosing group booking and then decreasing the amount of people to one. When you do finally get to the calendar to choose a date, the option to go to the next month is disabled. You have to click on a different a day you don’t want, and then sometimes the next month button will finally enable. When booking online I was able to choose a person before the calendar showed up, but then if that person was unavailable, then there were no dates in the calendar. The calendar should show up before the list of available technicians. ### 1/5 — Rescheduling needs work *2025-07-30, version 5.15.8* This is an awful experience. I’m trying to rebook with my last technician, which I select then it wipes out my filter for my technician and I can’t chose any technician. It just gives me available times for someone, it doesn’t give any names. Worst! ### 1/5 — App Updates Terrible *2025-07-18, version 5.15.8* Have always used app to book with no problems. Was trying to book multiple services, wanted to go back and change something and it told me it would delete whole cart so had to start over. Started over and when it finally got to the dates/times screen it kept erroring out. Every cut and style I have shown an online picture or video Lupe has successfully acquired the style for my hair. It won’t let you select more than one service with a technician, at least in the waxing area; didn’t try any other. I wanted more than one service with that tech, but won’t be getting it this time. Sorry, Mario! The app lost you a service! Since I had to choose, I chose the least expensive! ### 3/5 — Still needs work *2025-12-10, version 5.15.8* The app is getting better, but some things are missing… 1) support adding gift cards 2) there is a section called FAQ - but none about the services/salon, only about the privacy policy. 3) need a way to message the salon or an employee directly. ### 3/5 — App Request - Gift Cards Feature *2023-03-04, version 2.0.16* Would you please update your app to allow account holders to delete depleted gift cards and used bonus gift cards? I have several gift cards with a zero balance. I want to clean them up so that only cards with a balance on them are showing on my screen. There is no feature to do that. Please also provide a security feature that asks if you’re sure you want to delete so that cards with a balance aren’t accidentally deleted.
