## What is TriEdge?

TriEdge は、トレーニング・食事・体重を1つにまとめて記録し、AIが分析して次の一手を提案するフィットネス記録アプリです。

種目・重量・回数・セットを手早く記録。テンプレートでいつものメニューもすぐ呼び出せます。

■ 食事記録とAI食品検索
食品名を入力すれば栄養素を検索して記録。バーコード読み取りや写真からの入力にも対応し、毎日の食事管理を手間なく続けられます。

■ 体重・体組成の管理
体重や体脂肪率などを記録し、推移をグラフで把握。Apple ヘルスケアと連携して体重・歩数・消費カロリー・睡眠を自動で取り込めます。

■ AIによる分析とレポート
記録が貯まるほど、AIがあなたの傾向を学習。週次・月次のレポートや、目標に向けた提案を受け取れます。

■ 目標設定
体重・カロリー・PFC・種目別の目標を設定し、達成状況を追えます。
