Please fix this!!!! I can’t sign in to stop the vacuum from running!!!! ### 1/5 — App is awful *2024-05-30* I literally can’t use my vac because I can’t connect to the app. Purchased Ollie about a year ago. App was always wonky but I could still access it and use the vac. As of about 3 weeks ago, I can no longer access the app and therefore can’t run the vac. Good luck finding a service contact, it’s only accessible through the app… which I can’t access. I now have a worthless disc just sitting at its charging station. ### 3/5 — App problems *2024-05-29* I live my vacuum, but the app keeps crashing. It’s very frustrating because I have it set to vacuum certain days of the week. One day I noticed my vacuum was deleted. Very frustrating. Another day I noticed I was logged out. So what am I suppose to do? ### 1/5 — the application is not good *2024-05-26* The app is very bad, it was working well for me and the model disappeared and now I can't activate it from there I try to restart and try to install again and it always says error, they should improve ### 1/5 — Voiceover accessibility completely broken and latest version *2023-12-03* The use of direct touch that has been implemented in the latest version of the app completely breaks the apps accessibility and use ability for voiceover users. voiceover users are no longer able to access any of the controls in the app. ### 2/5 — Serious voiceover issue *2023-09-14* Hello, I am totally blind, and I use a utility on my iPhone called voiceover, it is a screen, reader, overlay that makes the phone accessible, this app used to work very good with it, with the exception of some buttons that were unlabeled, now, it’s wanting to use this direct touch thing which my phone does not support, and that is really interfering with the voice over screen reader, I cannot get access to this app at all when this is going on, the only exception is when I touch a part of the screen and takes it out of that mode, but I can’t really do anything else with this app when it is in this mode, which covers most of the screen, I would appreciate if the developers would start finding a way to test this app out with voiceover every time they update it, because this is the second time this has happened, and this time it’s worse than it was the time before. ### 1/5 — App is Full of bugs! *2023-03-27* This app is full of bugs! The only thing I can do is turn the unit on with the app but nothing else. The camera does not work, it will not show a map, and it will not show how much power it has or doesn’t have, just 0% everywhere. I tried contacting support but never get a response. The app isn’t connecting properly and won’t send any commands to the vacuum. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times in different attempts to fix this. After a reinstall I can tell the vacuum to go clean but part way through the map disappears and I can’t send any commands. I can’t even tell it to stop and go back to the station.
