## What is TriForge?

TriForge builds your day-by-day plan from three short tests and tells you honestly whether your goal is realistic — then adapts as you train.

• Every event on one engine: full Ironman, IRONMAN 70.3, marathon, half marathon, 50K and 50-mile ultras, HYROX, and Spartan Sprint/Super/Beast.
• Predictions calibrated to published age-group race data, with cutoff checks for Ironman and 70.3 and a US race catalog with course-aware projections.
• A coach that explains why: "Should I train today?", "I missed training — what changes?", answered from your own readiness, load and form.
• Training load done properly: power, heart rate or effort → fitness, fatigue and form, with overtraining guards and detraining decay.
• Record runs and rides with GPS (screen-off in the app), or import GPX/FIT from your watch.
• Race day: pacing card, cutoff buffers, hour-by-hour fueling plan, what-if simulator.
• Works offline, no ads, no tracking. Use it without an account, or sign in to sync every device.

Units are imperial (miles, min/mi, mph, yards).
