## What is Triggertrap Timelapse Pro?

Triggertrap Timelapse Pro is a new approach to creating awesome timelapses. Connect your device to your camera with a Triggertrap Mobile kit, and you're set to get creative!

Timelapse Pro has a modular approach to timelapse creation, letting you create sequences using the building blocks of timelapses - intervalometers and delays. With these blocks you can create timelapses of all shapes and sizes. Timelapse Pro’s intervalometers allow you to set your interval between shots, as well as when you’d like the intervalometer to stop; either by the number of shots or after a set amount of time has passed.

IMPORTANT! Triggertrap requires a Triggertrap Mobile kit to connect your camera to your device! See below for details.

Find yourself shooting with the same settings often? No problem - save and name your timelapses so you can quickly access them again later.

Want to reorder your timelapse? Again - we've got you covered. Tap and hold on a module, and then drag it to the appropriate point in your timelapse! Tap the Edit button to add more modules or rename your timelapses. Easy as pie.

Got an Apple Watch or a Pebble Smartwatch? You can set your timelapse running without touching the phone or camera–super sharp timelapses await! Apple Watch owners can also harness the awesome power of Glances to keep track of your timelapse moment by moment too.

We're working hard on getting more modules ready for Timelapse Pro, if you have any suggestions please get in touch with us - there's a feedback form built right into the app.

Want to test drive the Triggertrap experience? Check out our free app - Triggertrap Mobile - which has awesome cable release modes, super sensors, and loads more!

To connect your iOS device to your camera, you’ll need to buy a Triggertrap Mobile kit separately. See the Triggertrap website for a list of supported cameras and for more information. Currently more than 300 camera models are supported, with support added for new cameras all the time.

### 1/5 — Gah!

*2018-04-22, version 1.4*

Went to use the triggertrap app for the first time in a while and had to redownload it only to find it was gone from the store. Saw this and begrudgingly paid $3 because I was in a hurry and thinking they’d upgraded it, not knowing the company went out of business. I then open the to find all the remote options I got the hardware for we’re not included. I hope development continues.

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2018-03-10, version 1.4*

If there was less than one star I would have lowered this. I had the original app and TriggerTrap system. This Pro version does NOTHING that the original did. TT went out of business so I guess I can’t complain.

### 1/5 — Where is the support?

*2018-01-13, version 1.4*

Im trying to reach the developer to get some help.
But both emails seems to be dead.

### 1/5 — Buggy and useless

*2016-09-21, version 1.4*

I bought this app a while back and I cannot use it. It's slow, buggy and don't get the job done. The free one is so good in comparison with this. I would appreciate a refound

### 1/5 — Very buggy!

*2016-09-01, version 1.4*

I bought this app to shoot timelapse shots with my canon camera hoping this would be better than the free trigger trap app. This app crashes randomly when trying to add a delay or calculate duration in timelapse mode. There is no way to delete the created timelapses. I created a bunch of timelapse settings to test and I cannot delete them! I would really appretiate a refund.

### 3/5 — So much potential

*2015-08-23, version 1.2.2*

The basic building blocks are too basic; “Pro” features from the original mobile app, such as b-ramping and time warping are missing. Sorry I paid $4.99 for this - hoping for a better v2.

### 4/5 — A good start

*2015-04-05, version 1.0.1*

I love the main Triggertrap app. The ability to have modules and chain them is huge. I'd love to see two things. First if I’m specifying the number of exposures show me how long that will take while setting it (and vice versa, setting the duration show me how many frames that will take). Second, more of the features like Timewarp from the main app. I look forward to it improving.

### 3/5 — So so so far

*2015-03-28, version 1.0.1*

Love main triggertrap app. So far this is a bit simplistic: modular blocks of a specified delay or interval of exposures to string together to create a recipe. I assume they'll be adding more modules with the more complex features of the main app's intervalometer functions.

### 3/5 — What is this

*2015-03-27, version 1.0*

$4.99 is an absurd price for what's in this app to be honest. The free app is just as good. I already bought your cables and stand to begin with!

My suggestion: add a time lapse timer or something that makes the app worth it. I. E. GIVE ME MORE BANG FOR MY BUCK!

You should switch the prices, $4.99 for the original app, and this one should be free. That would make more sense in my opinion.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.4 — 2016-01-18

This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon.

Night Mode is here! To turn Timelapse Pro into the perfect companion for timelapsing in the dark, head to Settings and flick the Night Mode switch. The colours have been chosen to be subtle yet clear in darkness, and not dazzle you when you use the app. These colours are designed to work with the screen brightness turned right down, minimising light coming out of the phone, and maximising battery life.

Any feedback or suggestions? We’d love to hear what you think. Send us an email to hello@tri.gg to let us know!

### 1.2.2 — 2015-08-11

A little bug fixing update! A quick run-down:

• Dismissing the Low Volume warning with an upwards swipe hid the status bar - now it restores the Status Bar to its rightful place after displaying the warning.
• The page dots on the Tutorial screen now don’t get ahead of themselves, and always reflect where you are in the Tutorial.
• Links from the app to the Triggertrap website now point to the new site - no more messy redirects.

### 1.2.1 — 2015-06-12

Powered by delirious excitement, we’ve been beavering away on our first update to our new Wearables mode – Apple Watch triggering has landed! We’ve created an Apple Watch app that we think is perfect for photographers, super clean and simple, and free of distractions and complications. Not only can you start and stop your timelapse from your Apple Watch, we’ve also added a Glance to keep you in the loop with your timelapse.

Want an update on your timelapse? We’ve got you covered! To see the Timelapse Pro Glance simply swipe upwards on your Apple Watch to see your Glances, then swipe to Timelapse Pro to see how far through your timelapse you are, and how long before your Timelapse ends.

Fresh off the back of adding Wearables integration to Triggertrap Mobile, we now have Wearables control in Timelapse Pro! You can banish vibration from your photos forever by never having to your camera or your phone when your set-up is complete; instead, you can control your shutter release from your wrist!

This release adds support for Pebble Smartwatches. Simply pair your Pebble with your device, enable Wearables in Options, and then you can start and stop your timelapse from your wrist. We have big plans for wearables and Timelapse Pro, including support for a special Watch that’s been in the news a bit recently, so stay tuned for more updates!
