I’ve been using Trigs to go for almost 2 years with no problems.  I haven’t received a correct order since new APP.

Don’t like that you have to have your phone and scan the barcode in order to earn points. I wish it was just linked to a phone number that can just be entered in and not have to mess around with pulling out your phone, opening the app etc. The coupons on the app are nothing spectacular and you have to spend $500 to get $5 off. I’ll save myself the headache and shave $5 off my purchases and call it a win

Trigs has always struggled with a reward system, with the exception of gas discounts. This new program is just a an advertising and data grab with a klunky app, last time we earned points for a Tupperware set that they ran out of and couldn’t make good… it hasn’t truly been a system where the consumer benefits since they gave pump perks, everything else feels like a scam including this app

After using a password manager to create my account by using a random generally password, the password field text box only supports 12 characters. Major security risk.
