Customer Service Is Not Responsive

I previewed the app, decided I didn’t like it. Forgot to unsubscribe and was charged for the year when I had it set to bill monthly. Emailed the support email and no response. I’ve had this happen with other apps and support was quick to respond and refund. This feels scammy.

UI issue

Hi I love the app. It’s been really good so far but I just have a problem on the hard level in the scales section. I can’t click the button because it’s too low and doesn’t show on the screen on my iPhone SE. Fix that and it’s 4 stars from me. Besides that there are little UI bugs here and there with the sound and with stuff not being clickable but overall a great app. For the price though this should not be happening.
