When I try to access the fight through the email notification, it tells me the link is invalid or expired. And when I go to the App itself is asking me to purchase again. Now I have to deal with a headache with contact in my bank. Do NOT purchase anything from this app. ### 1/5 — Poor Stream Quality & No Refund — Very Disappointing *2026-03-17, version 10.0* Really disappointing experience with this app. The stream quality was consistently poor and nowhere near what I expected. According to their system, it shows the event was watched continuously—but that’s not accurate. Because of the issues, I ended up having to buy the AEW PPV again on Amazon just to actually watch it properly. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund despite the poor service. Overall, not a great experience in terms of both service and streaming quality. I won’t be using this platform again or spending money on it, and would rather purchase through Amazon or other platforms in the future. ### 2/5 — Mediocre app. *2026-03-07, version 10.0* I primarily use this to watch AEW. Usually, the audio is out of sync, but that might be AEW's fault, so I won't penalize them for that. However, the app itself has 2 major flaws. Half the time it won't continue from where you left off. As soon as I paid the monthly subscription I unsubscribed, or so I thought. I have screenshots of unsubscribing, and later logging in to see subscribed the status due to the app pulling money from my account. There’s been six months of transactions I’m now seeing that I emailed support for a refund and was told my email isn’t on file. ### 2/5 — dropped portuguese football with no warning *2025-11-30, version 9.7* app stream quality etc is fine. dropping portuguese football mid season is inexcusable. ### 3/5 — Audio out of sync *2025-11-28, version 9.7* Whenever I watch AEW on triller, the audio isn't synced up. Bunch of crooks. ### 1/5 — Unwatchable Stream Ruined Our Watch Party” *2026-04-26, version 10.2* I purchased the fight last night to host a watch party at my house, and it was a complete disaster. I had a house full of people, and the stream was constantly freezing, buffering, and completely unwatchable. It seemed like too many people were streaming at once, and the platform couldn’t handle it. We ended up missing the entire event and had to resort to watching clips on social media on our phones—which completely defeats the purpose of paying for it. I even tried contacting support during the event, but nothing worked, and the stream wouldn’t even run properly on my phone. This was a total waste of money and a huge disappointment, especially with guests over expecting to watch the fight. I will not be purchasing from this app again.
