Recently the app decided to stop syncing. I can still access everything on the website from my computer, but I cannot sync it to the app. It’s been about a month without being able to update. Now whenever you bump/use the screen, the model screen immediately goes black and is unusable. I cannot find other IFCzip viewer apps, so when this one doesn’t work, we can’t use it on the job site whatsoever! Please fix and make sure it still works with all the models of iPad. The fact that the app isn’t working the last 3 weeks has thrown a wrench in the way we do things. I’ve tested this on 3 different current generation IPads and they all do the same thing. Interestingly, the model will zoom on the IPhone version. Really need this to be fixed so our field crews can view connections. It's so much better than using Tekla BIMSight, and from what I read on the support forums apparently this app is meant to replace BIMSight in general on the PC platform and overall (since only BIMSight note is on iOS and doesn't display actual models). For being iOS it isn't perfectly smooth, but it sure is close. I'd like to see the ability to add comments on the iOS platform and I'd like to see the ability to view the text notes I make on the PC version as well. Some increased server speed syncing would be nice since the thumbnail image I replaced still hasn't shown up since I changed it a few minutes ago. Also when the image does show up the aspect ration of the image needs to be dynamic so it doesn't "squeeze" the rectangular image into a square. You guys at Trimble are doing a great job! With some issues *2022-04-18* All of my Sketchup design work is done on my laptop. The original iPhone app was perfect to show my work to others. The fact that I had to publish every version of my work on 3D Warehouse was a pain and filled the service up with unfinished junk. Trimble’s Connect resolves both issues. I ONLY ONE ISSUE LEFT: Perhaps this was developed with the new Sketchup for iPad in mind. Unfortunately, on my iPhone Pro any dimensions I make are so small they’re unreadable. Zooming within the app does nothing so I have to use Apple’s 3 tap zoom that more often than not sends me somewhere else. Unless I’ve missed it, a simple “Text Size” setting would allow me to give this 5 stars. ### 4/5 — Seems to work better *2022-03-29, version 2.19 (193)* Seems to work better.
