Please replace grease zerts and fix this terrible telematics app. User interface is garbage! Deters photos because it’s such garbage

Of the many mobile apps that we use on a daily basis, this is amongst the absolute worst, user interface. The app itself deters compliance with inspection. Documentation the difficulty by which photographs can be added, absolutely deters, including photographs in the inspection. It would seem to me that this app serves to benefit fleet managers at the expense of field personnel, rather than alleviating burden on field personnel. We absolutely understand the value of the electronic documentation and the visibility that GOOD data can provide, but when is Trimble going to improve this user interface?!?!? How good can the data be when the user interface deters proper use. Shame on the app developers & shame on the executives that don’t deliver a more reasonable field-user, user-friendly solution.
