Most places would close by the time I would leave office, hence I would have to find appointments on the weekends which was always a bit of a task as many good places stay closed on the weekends. This app helps me get the haircut I want, at the time I want, that too with the barber I want all while I am still in the comfort of my own house!!Can’t recommend it enough. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App broken - no communication *2023-10-06, version 1.6.8* App don’t work - can’t login to the account and no word as to when this will be fixed. ### 1/5 — App boots you out and dont let you sign back in *2023-08-31, version 1.6.8* Atrocious app doesn’t work and every time you want to sign in it gives you an error message. SORT IT OUT! It shows me barbers from the Eu, Great Britain, others from other countries all over the world. But nothing really in Houston. It would be nice if I could find that out, before I spent time trying to figure this out. The UI is clunky for the user. It doesn’t allow me to book my kids on my account even though they don’t have bank accounts- the app owners prefer individual customers even though it doesn’t work for families with young children. Response from the support in the app has been slow and radio silence at times. It has so much potential for the user and somehow not meeting user needs! Very disappointing. ### 5/5 — my overall view of the app *2025-04-17, version 1.9* i have been using trimcheck since 2020-present day and i can personally say that it is a very handy and quite organised app. like coming from a country that’s third world, i can really appreciate the thought process that went into generating a space where barbers can have a system that allows for them to cater to all customers efficiently while also ensuring that they make time for themselves because they to need that break after being on their feet for an entire day. so i say well done to the owners and please don’t let this app go anywhere. like a lot of us really value it. ## Most praised reviews (9 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Great app, great barbers!! *2022-10-02, version 1.4.3* I only trust Reiss and nobody else.
