Cannot login without. Garbage update. ### 1/5 — Ugh *2025-09-05, version 9.7.0* I hate this app. When I had an older iPhone, it didn’t work because the app expected certain functionality that that phone didn’t have. Now, the app can’t process its own SMS 2FA code. I’m so sick of TriNot. The chat times out and tells you that you need to type something or be signed out. But this is while you are “in queue” to talk to a rep. Also I was having issues uploading files to the claims section for FSA. The rep told me the app doesn’t work well for iPhones and to use a browser. So the iPhone app isn’t optimized to be used on iPhone and the smart phone the majority of Americans have. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. I’m currently unable to use the most important features on the app and get an alert to log in on my computer to access certain features. What is the point of having an app? Which genius came up with this rule at your organization. Sometimes I’m in the middle of writing responses and you end the chat. On the desktop version you can at least see how much more time you have, but on the phone app you cannot. I have already tried chatting twice and gotten timed out and it’s extremely frustrating. Because it doesn’t give you an option to revitalize the chat with the same person. You are forced to start over from the beginning completely. When it comes out, there should be an option that says are you finished or do you need to continue the chat and then it should bring you back to the same chat. ### 3/5 — Logging in *2024-11-11, version 9.4.0* To difficult to log in. Should not be soo hard when you know your information is correct. Frustration! ### 3/5 — Getting an app not updated notification even though it is the latest version *2024-05-07* Hi Trinet Developers, I have several issues: First off all, I keep getting a notification that the app is not updated to the latest version. Second, I am not able to do open enrollment via the app, I had to use the web app on my phone but that had format issues.
