The Trinity application will help you maintain a balance between the three elements, paying attention to every edge of your Self.

Trinity is created by a group of specialists, combining a wide variety of practical and theoretical knowledge about human life. We have selected powerful and accessible practices, confirmed by years of research and own life experience.

The effect of Trinity is to combine active muscle tension and deep bodily relaxation, with mandatory combination with the right breathing.

Reminders
You can set up notifications for a specific time and days of the week, and they will be immediately recorded in the Calendar.

Health
Trinity records information about your periods of awareness and physical activity in the appropriate section of the Apple Health application.

SUBSCRIPTION PRICING AND TERMS
Trinity offers 2 auto-renewing subscription options:

$2.49 per month
$18.49 per year

This prices are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.

The application provides free mode to try the the application functionality. Your Slowdive subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term and your credit card will be charged through your iTunes account. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

Slowdive also offers a Forever subscription which is paid for by a one-off upfront payment of $39.99 with unlimited access to Slowdive forever.

The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can go to your iTunes Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed. If you subscribe before your free trial ends, the rest of your free trial will be forfeited as soon as your purchase is confirmed.

Здравствуйте! Случайно оформила пробную подписку и не воспользовалась приложением. Сняли 999₽. Как-то можно вернуть, пожалуйста? Останусь на приложении Slowdive 🙂

Здравствуйте! Приобрела полную версию данного приложения по подписке «Навсегда» за 2990 несколько лет назад. В прошлом году пришло напоминание об окончании подписки, что вызвало недоумение. Написала разработчикам на почту - никакого ответа. С меня за продление сняли 999 рублей. Сейчас снова пишут об окончании срока действия подписки!!! Как такое возможно??? И кто мне ответит, где мои деньги?!!!

Какая-то ерунда с медитациями: загружаю файл, надеваю эйр подс, жму на плэй - тишина. И только мертвые с косами стоят.
Ещё момент с подпиской: до истечения пробного периода отменила подписку, т.к единственное, что меня интересовало - это медитации, которые не работают. Сегодня была списана стоимость годового обслуживания. Ребят, я всё понимаю, конечно, но это как-то некрасиво.

Все в приложении нравится, задействованы все аспекты, но есть некоторые пожелания) очень хочется чтобы добавили таймер на йогу, не удобно мордой вниз засекать время. Также можно добавить элемент воды и еды и тогда будет совершенно, ведь мы то, что едим))

Я пользовалась приложением пол года назад и платила по месяцу. Меня все устраивало. Тут учтановила снова, и сняли 999р за год!!! Верните деньги, будьте людьми!

Само приложение интересное. Круто что 3 в 1. Система уровней, визуализация прогресса - мотивирует. Но не понятно зачем покупать подписку, над приложением не работают, на письма в тех.поддержку 2 недели никто не отвечает.

Минусы: 
- Упражнения раздела «разум» рассчитаны только на математический склад ума и на визуалов.  И это одновременно хорошо и плохо. Плохо для гуманитариев и аудиалов. Кинестикам тут делать вообще нечего. 
- предыдущий пункт влечёт за собой периодические ошибки и снижение всех (!) показателей до начального уровня. Сначала это заводит и мотивирует, но потом хочется психануть и отправить приложение восвояси, но ты вдруг вспоминаешь, что деньги уплочены и тупо становится жалко. А сохранение приложения из жалости за уплаченные деньги не самая классная причина, согласитесь. 
- Йога не продумана. Упражнения в  одном модуле никак не взаимосвязаны между собой, и даже не написаны противопоказания к непростым асанам.

+ Дыхательные упражнения супер 
+ Медитации таковыми не являются, но все же расслабление под некоторые из них просто отличное. И они на русском,  что для российского AppStore редкость и находка. Даже не очень жалко становится за 1000₽ в год послушать что-то не из контакта и не надиктованное своим голосом и голосом вашего коуча 🙈 вот такими категориями приходится рассуждать, о боги. 
+ есть функция Напоминания в календаре
+ очень нравится раздел «осознанность». Хотелось бы больше разнообразия.  

Если я бы тестовый период был 3 месяца, я бы не заплатила. Продлевать подписку не буду.
