## Most critical reviews (7 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Very poor app

*2024-01-20, version 1.0*

Not sure what purpose it is supposed to serve. Requires multiple presses to obtain any useful information.

### 1/5 — Almost there

*2020-10-09, version 1.0*

Great idea shame the biometric log in doesn’t work
That would be helpful

### 2/5 — No longer saves any login details

*2025-10-09, version 2.0*

Recently the app seems to forget the username and password details every time, which is very frustrating.
Then, when you finally get past that and enter further letters from your memorable word, it previously used to jump ahead for you to enter each letter, but now you have to click into each box. Takes so much longer to log in now.

### 2/5 — Disappointing with clunky authentication

*2023-08-15, version 1.0*

We’ve just switched to CB and the app feels like we’re going back in time. Biometric authentication should make it easy logging in but the username and password aren’t automatically populated; biometric login (which should fix this) stops working without any reason and the only way to get it working is to reinstall; and either way, you need to enter 3 characters from the memorable phrase. Why? Every other institution is happy with biometrics solely for access so please fix it. If I’d realised how bad the tech is we would have honestly thought twice about switching.

### 3/5 — Why the 2nd Check

*2020-09-17, version 1.0*

Great idea to provide easier access to info on your pension fund, and enabling fingerprint recognition is excellent, but then why do you require the memorable work to be entered?

My bank are happy with just a fingerprint, surely it should be good enough for an app like this?

### 4/5 — Review of app

*2021-02-18, version 1.0*

Using it for a few days now . Just a couple of points . My portfolio is USD base but in the investment list each individual stock has £ sign in front of market value although actual figure is a USD mv.

Secondly there is an option of seeing performance over 30 days or one year. However the current mv figure is different on each option - maybe one of them is updating in real time ?

Also as well as 30days / 1 year could you add YTD performance as well?

Otherwise really good addition to reporting tools. Thanks.

### 4/5 — Welcome

*2020-09-14, version 1.0*

This is a welcome additional tool for managing our account.
Information is limited, but for a first release it is very good.
