## What is Trio Referral?

For over 25 years Enghouse Interactive has developed telephony systems that enable our customers to handle any type of external or internal interaction in the most efficient and professional way - independent of the communication channel. In the product suite Trio Enterprise 4.x to 6.x, Trio Enterprise Mobile Referral makes it easy to handle your availability status. It has never been simpler, just choose one of the shortcuts and your operators, colleagues and external callers will be informed about your availability. As a user you can create shortcuts and set, change or delete statuses. You will receive login information and manuals from your company.
