Well no, I would like to see how this app functions before buying another one of your product. I'm glad I held off because Trip Miles is: -not very intuitive -difficult to navigate through menus -backup to email saves as .dbt files which are pretty useless -hassle to add another vehicle -lack of proper tutorial on how to use app -ugly UI Milestracker is a much better app in my opinion. ### 2/5 — Trip *2013-05-01, version 2.0* It is only good if you use one vehicle. Get it. ### 4/5 — Top Notch *2012-11-30, version 1.8* One of the best Apps out there for tracking your mileage. Love the fact that you can backup your Data over WiFi. Now the App offers the ability to back Data via e-mail as well. Only thing that throws me off with the App, it actually has to be updated each year for the mileage rates to work. Current App only goes from 2010 thru 2012. I originally had App when it only went up to 2011. Fortunately Developer updated App for 2012. Still was an issue for proper rates for 2011 since IRS split deduction amount for business purposes 1/2 way through (Jan-Jun 2011 was 51¢ & Jul-Dec 2011 was 55.5¢) App would only let you specify one rate per year. Would have been easier for you to be able to manually set The deduction amount rate. Also concerned that App may stop being developed or that my devices would be too old to update to newest iOS & newest App too & then one could not continue to use year after year and have deductions work in App properly. Hopefully an update will allow user to add Years & rates with the option of 1/2 year variances incase a tax year is split like what occurred in 2011 as well as some previous years as well. I only wish that the export function would have more adjustability. Expenses are not sorted out into categories so you don't know which Is fuel, meals , service and so on. Having to put in ending mileage before you start is ridiculous ### 2/5 — Was good u ntil iOS 9.3 - now broken *2016-05-12, version 2.8* Used for several years. worked well. With iOS 9.3, broken. No way to enter TIME of trips anymore except uses actual time when you make entry. Useless for business purposes where you may not be able to enter your trip when it is actually taking place! With the most recent update I can no longer even change the starting mileage because the keyboard doesn't show up. I hate subscription apps, I would rather pay full price & one time. I already have enough monthly payments. This is why this app is alluring to me, no subscription!!! I have a tax accountant that knows the mileage rate, then all I need is this app to keep track of the mileage and this app does that perfectly. I can even add multiple vehicles. I believe there are 2 versions of this app, 1 has gps & 1 has NO gps. I purchased the NO gps, just prefer to manually enter miles. Also, the developer is on top of updates. It has fantastic little features to make usage easier such as remembering the last (highest) mileage for each vehicle, so long as you select the vehicle first.
