You have to swipe the app clean before you can make a change or review the further. ### 1/5 — New crashes *2020-07-09, version 3.9* Now crashes after each entry. Screen goes solid gray after adding data. Disappointing. 90% of the app is unreadable as it is blacked out. I adjusted all my screen settings and still no improvement. I have downloaded both TripMiles and TripMiles Plus. It prompts me to set up an email address for both apps so I am not able to export my data, transfer it between apps, or even see who to email for help. Is there any way to set up an email address in this app? App needs to be updated to include 2019 and future years so we can put in the correct mileage rate. The app stops at December 31, 2018. ### 2/5 — Great Until Now *2018-09-25, version 3.7* I have been using this app since it replaced the TripMiles app. It has always served me well until now. At the end of each year I would email myself the monthly reports. Now, however, when I go to send a report the app keeps telling me to set up an email account. I am still using the same gmail account I have used since installing the app, but for some reason it doesn’t recognize it. ### 2/5 — Problems on iPhone X screen *2018-04-30, version 3.7* Been using this app for a long time and it gets the job done in a way that works for me. However, since I upgraded to an iPhone X the app has become difficult to use as some entry fields are difficult to use because the top is cut off on my screen - perhaps this app hasn't been updated to support the iPhone X screen. I can’t export the reports via email! Have heard nothing back from Customer Service and can’t seem to find a solution. ### 1/5 — Developer abandoned *2020-10-31, version 3.10* Apparently the developer has abandoned the app. It has not worked properly for a couple of years now. I have been using this app for years but ever since the iPhone X, the screen doesn’t render properly. Some items are cut off to where you can’t even enter a number in the field. I have made requests but never hear back from the developer. Still happening. After entering a new trip screen goes blank. App won’t open unless I turn off iPhone and turn on. 3 days and same problem. After entering a trip the screen goes gray. Won’t open unless I restart iPhone. Update: I find that I can press home button twice then swipe up on the screen to close the TripMilesPlus app and the gray screen issue goes away so I can enter a new trip. However, after saving a new entry the screen turns blank Gray again and I have to do it for a new trip again. Can the developer please fix this bug? ### 1/5 — Has stopped working *2020-08-21, version 3.9* Worked for years. Now-every time a trip is entered a light purple screen comes up next and locks up. App has to be turned off and restarted before another entry can be made ### 1/5 — Used to be a great app *2020-08-12, version 3.9* Update for 2020 IRS rates broke the app. Trying to edit anything and the screen now blanks out, just adding an entry usually blanks the app. Cannot edit the time/date at all anymore as that window is blank. Have to quit the app when it goes blank and reopen it to add another entry. I’ve lost all data unable to get any help to fix problems ### 1/5 — USELESS *2020-07-25, version 3.9* I have been using Trip Miles for sometime and decided to go to Trip Miles Plus because it was suppose to work with the newer iOS. Paid the 3 bucks and downloaded. 1st of all, I could not transfer records from TM into TM+ after 3 tries flowing their instructions to the letter. So tried to do it by hand. After loading the category options I proceeded to enter the first record. After tapping done when finished the screen went blank. No way to get out other than exiting the program. And when I restarted the app the screen was still blank. I deleted the app and reinstalled. Nothing was saved from my previous entries and when I tried entering the records again I got the same blank screen again. So TM+ does NOT work, and I want my 3bucks back. ### 1/5 — Needs to be updated and fixed *2020-07-16, version 3.9* I have been using this app for 3 years for work and it was exactly what I needed, but since my last iPhone update the app is not working correctly. I have to restart my phone every time I want to put in my mileage, and when I do enter the mileage the screen goes gray??? Plus the app orientation is not correct for iPhone. I love this app just wish there was an update to fix these bugs. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Nice alternative to apps using GPS *2017-10-22, version 3.1* I’ve used Mileage HD for years but due to Apples latest upgrade had to choose a replacement app. After trying all the “highly” recommended apps that rely on gps, fees and eat your battery life I stumbled on Trip Miles Pl. and I love it. My only suggestion would be to add a way to denote a one way versus round trip. The biggest plus for me is the ability to easily choose manually inputting vs gps ### 4/5 — TripMiles Plus *2020-12-07, version 3.10* Have been using the App for years. Easy and convenient to use. Export function is nice too. My I-phones have changed models over the years and if an updated was needed I used the Send Feedback email in the application to request updates to program.
