In fact, the information on flight status’s was always more accurate and updated before the airline websites. We are saddened to hear you are closing down. I understand that my data will be deleted as part of this process. Before April 1st, will I have the ability to export my trip and traveler data from TripCase in a universal format (such as CSV or JSON)? Now my husband does too, plus our parents. So great for managing all flight details in one place. Super efficient. ### 3/5 — No landscape for iPad, simple/dependable travel app *2025-01-28, version 4.15.16* I use TripCase for all my personal and work travel including for families. It’s not very slick appearing and the user interface hasn’t changed in a long time. For me, that’s a good thing. It does what it’s supposed to do reliably, especially when forwarding trip emails. I have used other paid apps that do the same thing but not quite as well. My reason for 3 stars is because the iPad app doesn’t do landscape mode which really irritates me. ### 2/5 — Basic, no bells or whistles *2025-01-21, version 4.15.16* A really basic trip Planner that has many bugs and is in need of serious overhaul. Recently however, I was notified that AA / Saber are deleting the app and all historical data on 4/1/2025… I really hope this is a bad April Fool’s joke. The email says you’re free to use whatever other app you want. I wish there was a way to pay and keep you going. I, like other reviewers, would pay anything to keep this app. It was my trusted friend on so many trips. Plse tell us who you recommend as a replacement. Maybe even make a deal with them to export our data with our approval? I’d love to keep my travel history. Thank you for all the years of adventures together. ### 5/5 — Please Don't Go and Don't Change *2025-03-15* This is by far my most functional app. It is like having a travel agent and personal assistant in your hands at all times. This app has always been ahead of any delays, cancellations or gate changes - before the airline! It has allowed me to find my way in an unfamiliar airport, pivot quickly for changes well ahead of other passengers and keep a serious eye on my entire trip before and during travel. It's not glossy, it has no bells or whistles but it is tried and true. It appeals to the types who wouldn't care about any of that especially if frequently traveling and trusting of this app. Sunsetting this app was not on my bingo card. Visual changes maybe. A paid subscription of course. You already gave us a fail safe and reliable service and anyone would gladly pay for a paid app or subscription. I would pay literally any amount to keep this app. I would fund a revamp. I would fund a new developer. Seriously, how are we going to keep this app!!!! If you indeed sunset, please know you were loved, appreciated and the best "wingman" for over a decade! ### 5/5 — I’m gonna miss you :-( *2025-02-15* We’ve been using this app since 2017 non stop (we travel for business and leisure more than 30 times a year) and we have been able to keep track of all the trips with the help of TripCase. The app is simple and very intuitive. Its layout makes it look like a basic app but it has all the features that one needs to track and edit trips (email trip upload, document store, split trip, modify all data elements of a trip, add items, etc etc.). And all of this for free. You guys did a great job! Thank you for all these years. Wishing there was someone who would take over or at least a way to download a cvs file of what we have done.
