My husband and myself stayed at 14 roses boutique Bali the 14 nights, it’s close to a lot of shops very friendly staff but the one staff that stood out to me was Ari the hotel cleaner whenever he cleaned our room and we walked in, It smelt beautifully fresh smelling and it was very clean. Ari is a asset to your hotel. I can’t praise him enough on his work ability

Unfortunately, the lay out of the app leaves users feeling good, informed and like they are getting great deals. When you request a cancelation, you cannot change the date, even if cancelling outside of 24 hours. Then you will be hit with a cancellation fee, even outside of the 24hour window, that is more than the original purchase price.  I.e. the cancellation fee, costs more than the cost of the room for the night. I contacted the hotel directly and this isn’t their policy and they gave me further advice. Buyer be careful when selecting dates, don’t bother using the app if there is a chance in the event being cancelled, you will not get your money back and even be hit with a bill.

I recently booked a flight from London Gatwick AirPort to Tirana. When I booked in the app it showed as Gatwick airport but after getting the ticket the airport shown as is Luton Airport, I was totally confused and surprised how come they can scam people like this and I talked with their customer service and they told me there was no mistake from their end. They can’t even take the accountability or responsibility for their app’s fault. I would recommend every people who books anything from them be aware don’t fall for their rating, it would be all a bot. I would recommend booking from the airlines or directly or some other app who don’t misuse or scam customers like this. I just end up losing money. Total waste of my time and money.

Issues were never resolved. This is the type of third-party company that is quick to take your money once you book, but when an issue comes up, they offer little to no support or assistance. If there’s an emergency, a misunderstanding, or any problem with your reservation, don’t expect them to help resolve it. My experience left me stranded at the airport with no real support or solution. Based on how my situation was handled, I would not recommend booking through this company

I booked flights with Trip.com, and the airline changed my flight time. The new flight time is not suitable, and I requested cancellation of the booking with no cancellation fees charged. Trip.com got back to me and said that they would have to charge me cancellation fees if I were to cancel! Why would I be charged cancellation fees if it was the airline who changed my flight time????????
