And I have been dealing with your terrible customer service for nearly 3 weeks now. Who do not respond to my messages just keep copying and pasting a generic reply. Please read your messages in your support email address and not lie in a response. If I was refunded I would not have an issue The usual activity you noticed was someone was winning on your games and you did not like that as per your email.
