They reject your request and accuse you of fraud. Terrible English and customer support as seen below and when I tried to contact them nobody responds do not get tipped off like I did *We rejected your request for:Your withdrawal require was canceled because of your fraud. All the funds will be forfeited and we may even freeze your account if it happens again. If you have any question, please contact us. The developer then responded saying then noticed unusual activity on my account and refunded me even though the message above then sent me said they forfeited my money and kept it. They asked me to contact their support team with a screenshot of their App Store response which I did but they just sent the generic response I would like to respond to the developers response. You have not refunded my money. As per the previous message you sent me All the funds will be forfeited and we may even freeze your account if it happens again. This is not refunding me. And I have been dealing with your terrible customer service for nearly 3 weeks now. Who do not respond to my messages just keep copying and pasting a generic reply. Please read your messages in your support email address and not lie in a response. If I was refunded I would not have an issue The usual activity you noticed was someone was winning on your games and you did not like that as per your email. Looking forward to their response now claiming they have refunded me when they have not.
