## What is TripEZGo?

Trip planning, and everything you need on the road, in one app.

Events on a calendar, travel on a timeline, and the map, tickets, to-dos, notes and shopping list all in the same trip. No sign-up, and we have no servers: trips stay on your device and in your own iCloud, and work offline.

■ Events on a calendar, travel on a timeline
• Drag to plan and rearrange: long-press to move an event or change its times, and pinch to zoom in on short ones
• Not sure when yet? Unscheduled events wait at the top of the calendar; drag one onto a time and it's planned
• The gap between two events is a leg: walk, drive, cycle, transit or other; the map helps estimate the time
• Save several departures for a transit leg: miss this train and the next one is already lined up
• 56 event types picked for travel, preselected for you from the title

■ Inspiration: save it wherever you see it
• In Safari, Maps, social apps or Photos, tap Share and pick TripEZGo: links, text and photos are saved to Inspiration, with the title, description, image and place filled in
• Not sure how to use it yet? Leave it there. Once you've decided, turn it into an event in one tap, or into a note, shopping item, attachment or map marker
• Kept with each trip and filterable by place, image, link or text; travel companions can see it, or mark one private

■ Map: where the next stop is
• Every event with a place is on the map, with each day's events joined into a route
• Shops in Japan: 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, Lawson, Don Quijote, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, Daikoku Drug, Bic Camera and Yodobashi, with opening status
• Walking navigation, or hand off to Apple Maps or Google Maps

■ Overview: the whole trip on one page
• An overview note at the top for the trip's key points, shared with your travel companions
• Events grouped by day, with unscheduled ones kept together
• Tickets, bookings, PDFs, photos and links attach to their event

■ Library and Tools
• Library: inspiration, notes and your shopping list
  • Notes take images and @ mentions of events or shopping items you can tap to open; built-in Japanese travel phrases read themselves aloud
  • Snap a photo to add a shopping item, category picked for you; record each shop's price to find the cheapest
• Tools, from the button at the top right
  • Scan a QR Code: opens straight to the camera, then opens the link or keeps the text; on a shared trip everyone sees the same scan history
  • Currency converter: type an amount as soon as it opens; works offline with the last rates fetched

■ Plan together, share where you are
• Send an invite link or let travel companions scan a QR code, and they join to plan the trip with you
• During the trip, Share my location puts companions on the map with when each last updated. Only this trip's companions see it; turn it off any time

■ No need to open the app
• Live Activity: the current event, time left, next stop and how you're getting there, on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island
• Widgets for today's events, to-dos, shopping, currency and more; tick items off right there (iOS 17 or later)
• Calendar integration: write the trip into Apple Calendar or Google Calendar; it updates as you edit
• Siri and Apple Intelligence: ask "What's my next event?" without opening the app

■ Let AI plan your trip
On the same Wi-Fi, let the AI on your computer plan your trip and tidy up to-dos, notes and shopping lists.

■ Offline, with iCloud backup and sync
Trips sync between iPhone and iPad through your own iCloud at no extra cost. Export a backup file, or restore a deleted trip from the trash within 30 days.
