1. Внезапно закончилась годовая страховка и об этом никакого предупреждения, никакой предложения продлить и прочее. И когда спустя месяц она понадобилась - в приложении уже самостоятельно увидел, что ее у меня больше нет. В чате подтвердили, что функции такой ещё нет 

2. Какой-то рассинхрон между операторами. Одни могут подсказать про партнерские клиники, другие требуют большую заявку составить. Запись в принципе максимально неудобная и проще оплатить самому и потом компенсировать расходы 

В общем много непонятных ручных процессов. Приложение красивое, но функционально бесполезное. Даже онлайн чат с врачом это ссылка встроенная с другого сервиса, которую вы потом не найдете в истории
