Found this app from an online section with Richard Rudd. Love his teaching of Gene Keys. It reminds me every day about how I MUST put my mental health and practice self-love in my heart. Said easier than done. How can you say to love yourself or anyone else when you can’t even stop for 5 minutes once a day to just sit quietly, even really listening to the music? I find myself in a better mood, calmer after every section. Thank you, Mr. Rudd, and all the people who created and keep the app running.

The Gene Keys, Richard Rudd's teachings, and the teamwork that goes into this App, the website, books, YouTube videos, and other resources are of great value to me. The beautiful energy reverberates.

I rarely write reviews, but I was impressed at the high-quality content Triple Flame offers… for FREE! I have forgotten how to pause, and this app helped me find my balance. The meditations, guided journeys and music are beautiful. Also, I like seeing the number of being pausing at the same time as I am - this brings unknown sense of comfort.

Love this app to remind me to take time out. The options of music/guided and for how long is great. 
Now there’s more users, it’s wonderful to see other pausing at the same time. 
Highly recommend for quiet moments, and you can set reminders too.

I have many meditation apps but this is my go-to every day. First, I started using it because of its simplicity- 3 minutes, 3 times a day. But then, I loved guided meditations and journeys as well. Especially "Soft Heart Open Mind" and " Tree Harmonies" are favorites I visit frequently. I also very much enjoy reading quotes and reminders that arrive during cosmic clock alignments. This app is such a gift of love and it helps me to ground myself every day in love so I can also give back this essence in different ways in my personal life. In the simplicity of pause, we do transform. To the team who made this available as a free offering: Thank you for your love and service!

What a generous and beautiful gift this app is. A gentle reminder to come back to yourself a few times a day. 
Easy to use, so well executed. And some really beautiful guided contemplations as well as musical tracks.

The Gene Keys in general, the art of contemplation, and now the Triple Flame moments of pause, are slowly reshaping the way I move and act through my days. 

Having spent most of my life DOing and GOing as much as possible, it is quite radical to be slowing down, learning to BE. It’s quite magical, what these little 3-minute  pauses have brought me. I also love to think of others all around the world doing the same. It helps me to feel connected in a special way. 

Really appreciate the latest update, especially the new music additions. Sometimes I will put the timer on 10 minutes and start a pause outside of the schedule, just to soak in the beautiful frequencies.

Triple Flame is a superpower tool not just for those of us who find sitting silently or motionless in meditation difficult, but for anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of their true Self and the Universe! I’m not able to try the pause, nor visit the resources nor the settings. I downloaded a popsicle, essentially. Please update/repair so that contemplators can in-joy the app and the great fullness it has to offer.

Sadly, the app freezes so quickly that it creates more irritation than release, when trying to drop into a pause. Or maybe the developers designed it to trigger our shadows to transcend to the gift…siddi if lucky. 😝

Love the premise of this app, but it doesn’t work. The screen keeps freezing within seconds of opening the app, so I’m not able to navigate between areas or even start the pause timer. Will try come back to this next month to see if there have been updates to resolve bugs & any issues.

I love the Gene Keys and this app, and I thoroughly enjoy the benefits of using it, however it is often very slow, freezes regularly and absolutely is decimating my battery life. 

Hope this can be sorted out after an update or two for a smooth and economical experience.

It would be awesome if the notification came on as it does with a little music....and then 3 minutes later it came on again with a little more music - to signal the end of the 3 minutes..

As it is now it reminds me....  but then I feel like I have to open the app to time the 3 minutes or something.... which is a bit awkward

**Developer response:** Hey, Apple wouldn't allow us to play music at certain time intervals, only sent notifications at scheduled times. The app is designed to notify you, press on the notification, choose your pause mode, and allow you to join other wonderful beings into a brief moment for a pause.

Love the access to Gene Keys through the app, and the streamlined way of joining the Triple Flame. However I only ever see “one being pausing”, it doesn’t show me if anyone else is doing it too, which I was really looking forward to! I hope that bug will be fixed soon 🙏

I have incorporated this app into my daily life and love it. I use it to journal too. I enjoy seeing that others ‘pause’ at the same time and use the saying as a point to reflect on. 

I wouldn’t mind having a meditation more closely tied to particular gene keys.

This is such a beautifully designed app and the selection of music is great. It’s difficult to stop in the middle of something but if you set your notifications to persistent banners, the reminder will remain on your screen until you do have a moment to pause.
