Countless times down to searching for one item that is not there. Aware these games are big business but still need a degree of fairness for players. Cants spend money buying coins on a fixed income at 72 yrs old. Sp you created a good games but has way too many faults. The screen doesn’t reveal all the items. Yes some of the items are not on the screen. I had also earnt over 7000 coins and had paid the money to go ad free. Then at level 4211 it kept glitching, then it uninstalled its self and now I am starting at zero again. It wouldn’t reinstate my purchase and it made me pay the $7.99 AGAIN to go ad free. Really not happy and no response from me reporting this. Prior to this I would have awarded 5 stars. Very disappointed…I was level 3 on the leader board. ### 2/5 — Triple match journey game *2025-09-14* Not enough time on level 200 can’t find all the pineapple trees and the baby boy feels like game is rigged **Developer response:** “Thank you so much for your feedback! We understand that Level 200 may feel a bit rushed and quite challenging. Please rest assured, the level is absolutely beatable—it’s just designed to be more tricky. The pineapple lamps look very similar to the trees, which can be confusing, but that’s part of the challenge. We encourage you to take a closer look at the details, and we’re confident you’ll be able to find all the targets and succeed. But I started to notice problems on mini game where I couldn’t find last item or two. Finally figured out that I had to maximize the size and could find objects only half on screen. It eventually had items not on screen at all. Then it started happening on main game. I used compass and it pointed to object that I couldn’t reach at all. Only way to win was magnet but I was not willing to spend money if that was only way to proceed. Playing on iPad so others may not have same problem Update: just downloaded newest version and game has gotten worse. Only way to shut off annoying music is to turn music off, then turn sound off, then turn sound back on. And you have to do it every round. Mini games have disappeared as well Update #2: most problems have been corrected. Still have music problems on mini game. Have played quite a while and haven’t noticed any objects off screen but there are times when I can’t find something but didn’t have compass to see if on screen or not.
