The app will crash or show the stupid whale loading icon and then crash. Your main dashboard may load but good luck seeing any actual data at the ad level. TW doesn’t seem to care about this after myself along with other reviews have flagged these glaring issues. I even took time to record videos to show them. It’s crazy that their app doesn’t work in the year 2024 where we use our phones 24/7 and for how much their product costs. It gets the job done, but has lots of bugs, mostly layering issue with drop down menus and pop ups, promo banners, etc. Lately, things don’t load well. I wish they gave more love to a native iOS app experience. Yes. Is it super buggy, slow and takes too many steps to get to the core Pixel features I want to see? Absolutely. I only check on Pixel performance and just need a single button that takes me to a saved view. Lots of little bugs such as the “hit zone” on the hamburger menu never reading my finger when I tap it. Unfortunately they try to put it front and center in the phone app, causing it to Freeze and glitch endlessly upon opening when all I wanna do is see how my ads and emails are doing today - which is exactly what I used to do routinely with this app. It’s unusable in its current state. I’m giving them two stars instead of one because I like them. (But fix your f-in app. We’re all marketers here. We don’t need you to show oft how AI-forward you are with us. We get it. Put the stats front and center.
