For example if you want to see the schedule to plan a trip and look at your options you have to go through a song and dance and even the you don’t get full info. Also buggy. I was looking for times for one of the most used routes Lakeshore West from Burlington GO to Union and it said there were no routes. This while I was sitting on the train en route from Burlington to Union! ### 3/5 — Unacceptable Use beware! *2024-07-17* The app privacy policy website is totally unacceptable. The station descriptions are hugely misleading. Very hard to use the app ### 1/5 — Planning Trips in advanced *2024-08-28* Hello, when planning a trip a few days in-advanced, there is a button that says « Leave Now. » However: there should be other options and not only leave NOW. It should give you a date/time. For example; If I need to get to the hospital for a procedure on Friday and today is Wednesday, I’d like to plan my trip in-advance. ( So I have an idea how long and which bus I should take and when I should my résidence). However this app doesn’t allow that. I’ve tried multiple times and it seems like/that the only option is to leave now. ### 1/5 — Review *2024-06-21* Not accurate time🤬 ### 1/5 — Buggy, unreliable, incorrect wait times *2024-03-30* The title says it; the app is buggy, difficult to use reliably, the predictions are often wrong, the schedules are incorrect (frequently says routes are not running when they are), directions are not efficient, not up to date with diversions. All in all, this app has been very frustrating and has cost me many missed connections, late arrivals, and excessive additional costs in having to use Uber. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! ### 1/5 — Good idea poorly executed *2023-12-17* This app could be valuable, but the user interface is complex and the need to reset it each time is cumbersome. ### 1/5 — Worse bus schedule app EVER! *2023-10-21* The arrival and departure times are made up, they absolutely do not align with actual bus schedules in Durham region. I waited for over an hour for a bus that was supposed to arrive at my stop 15 after I arrived there. DO NOT rely on these schedules, you’re going to be late for sure. ### 1/5 — Gets train times wrong *2023-07-31* Pretty fundamental that a transit app get the train and bus times right. But it doesn’t. So you risk missing your GO train if you use this app. ### 1/5 — Not accurate *2021-05-22* Been noticing the real time information has not been accurate at at all. This past weekend I was waiting for a bus that the app reported would be showing up and it never did. The next bus as well. I called miway and they advised the app tries to give impression it has real time data for miway, and it doesn’t. I started tracking against google maps and google maps has closer to accurate real time data.
