I was presented with the purchase options box and feel that I was led to believe this was the charge after the trial. I was charged immediately. I also found that the App just doesn’t quite hit the spot. What I wanted was an app to take the list of road trip stops and to create an itinerary and suggested route for me, which it doesn’t. Nice app but functionality not what I need. ### 1/5 — Couldn't even get past the third screen *2023-10-13* I downloaded the app tried to put in the start and end of my first day and it cut off the button for "next" so I couldn't select it. **Developer response:** We apologize for the inconvenience you faced with the "next" button. We’ve got major US and European cities now along with many smaller US locations. Hope to see you back when we expand even further. ### 2/5 — Poor coverage *2023-02-08, version 3.6.6* I saw an ad for the app and loved the concept. Unfortunately coverage in Europe is very poor - none of the (major) cities I plan to visit were covered - it’s limited to a few capitals. The lowlight has to be that you have Athens, GA but not Athens, Greece! I’ll come back and review again when there’s better coverage. Right now it’s far too seppocentric. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Simplified subset of the original TripMaker *2025-03-19, version 4.33.2* As project manager of the original Rand McNally TripMaker app from 1995 - 2002, this has some of the functionality, although nowhere near as robust. TripMaker was the number 1 travel planning app for years, outselling Microsoft and all others combined. Wish there was something like it today but haven’t found it! FYI, it is frozen at 95% on the first route so can’t give it much more of a review ### 1/5 — Very limited locations no customer service responses *2024-07-04* I looked for 23 places including pretty common and found 0!! I can’t even get to anything unless I figure out a city they have in the program. Complete misrepresentation Worst app I have ever seen In regards to integrity. They don't tell you they are charge that much for an under developed location list. Can you tell us what expectations you had and what you couldn't find in the app? Hope to see you back. ### 1/5 — Bad design with a scammy twist *2024-04-17* I downloaded this app and it made me subscribe to even use the app and then the city I am trying to plan a trip for isn’t eligible to use the app for. This is a scam. If the app doesn’t support the major capital of all European countries it app should ask what city you’re planning for before recommending or requiring a subscription. **Developer response:** Hi, sorry to hear you feel this way. You will not get a refund. I paid $5 to find out this is an app that can only help plan cities that are programmed into it. Not any city, anywhere you decide. So hopefully the city you’re wanting to visit is already programmed or else you’ll find out you paid $5 to download and delete an app **Developer response:** Hello.
