My assistant adds the travel, hotel, and meeting information on the web app and invites me in to view it. Loved how intuitive the interface was for adding activites and accommodation to my travel plan. Also it looks good too. You can tell they put a lot of thought into that aspect of the app too. ### 5/5 — Great itinerary app *2024-08-21* I found this app incredibly helpful for organizing our trip to London. After a few minutes of exploring the app I started to build the itinerary and it was very straightforward. At first I was not sure if my friend also needed to pay to be able to collaborate on the itinerary but she did not need to which was great. She actually would have been willing to pay anyway as she liked the app so much too! We tracked our flights which worked very well. I also added our ticket confirmations to the relevant itinerary items which was so useful as I did not need to scroll my emails. We also downloaded and printed the itinerary as a back up but to honest we never looked at the printed version! The app worked great throughtout our trip. I used this app for my trip to Italy and it ticked all the boxes. I easily created my travel itinerary, attached all the booking confirmations and added all my travel costs so I track my expenses. Referred to the app every day, sometimes multiple times a day to see what was next on the itinerary. Worked very well. Will use again. **Developer response:** Thank you for your review Arno! Thank you! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2022-02-02* Just moved to the £2.99 subscription and it doesn’t work, there’s a blank pop up on the budget screen which I assume should have something on there but doesn’t. I add things to the itinerary and no costs are updated on the budget. Thanks, Alex ### 2/5 — Könnte die App werden *2025-10-09* Die App ist eigentlich genau das was ich gesucht habe, aber sie läuft super langsam und somit kann man sie so gut wie gar nicht richtig nutzen. Fügt man etwas hinzu so muss man die App schließen und neu öffnen um etwas neues hinzuzufügen. Es wäre super wenn das verbessert werden könnte, denn man die App normal bedienen könnte, würde ich sie liebend gerne nutzen und Geld dafür zahlen. It became time consuming and frustrating so I’ve given up using it now. If these can be ironed out it will be great! **Developer response:** Hi there! I’ve downloaded and it works with the iPad but it’s the screen size of an iphone. For that I will give it a 3 star. **Developer response:** Hi there! It's on our roadmap to expand the mobile app to support iPad, but as a small team, we've been focusing on implementing new features first. The good news is that if you're an iPad user, our web app works great in Safari. All you need to do is head to https://app.tripmapper.co and log in. You'll be able to do everything you can on the mobile app, but in glorious full-screen! Cheers, Alex ### 4/5 — Fantastic Trip Tool! *2025-09-24* TripMapper is such a fantastic travel planning app! It’s beautifully designed and makes organising trips so much easier. I love how it keeps everything (flights, accommodation, activities and costs) neatly in one place. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because there’s always room for improvement and I’m not thrilled about the cost of Trip+. However, that being said overall, I really like this app! Also! Their customer service team are great! They responded quickly to my enquiry and were super helpful. ### 4/5 — Great but *2024-11-07* You have to buy the subscription for most of the features. You can make card with places autofilled without the subscription which is lame. We all liked using the app and found it really helpful both for planning and referring to during the trip. Ability to apportion spending to a specific traveler on the expenses tracker would be a good addition. I had to be meticulous about my spending and the expenses tracker helped me stick to my budget. We used this app for our 19th wedding anniversary trip. Although I had to calculate the distance between places using Google maps and find my own destinations this was a very good travel app. We ran on time and hit all the places we wanted. I was able to include personal notes about the hiking trails, and I really like being able to add the photos to remind myself why I was going there. I also loved the little cards. First and foremost, the ability to build a detailed itinerary collaboratively was a huge plus for us. Flight tracking and booking notifications were other useful features. But the feature I appreciated the most was the budgeting and currency conversion. It gave us a clear picture of where our money was going. We could categorize expenses, which made it easier to adjust our travel budget. It helped us plan our days and track expenses efficiently. Ski rental, hotel and passes are expensive! Adding weather forecasts specifically for ski resorts would be useful.
