The app works nicely in the foreground and background, position and mileage calculations are very precise. There's one issue: The app stops calculating the average when the phone is not moving. This is no good when you have been a little too fast and need to wait before the final time check to get the average down. The author has promised to fix this in the next release. Then I'll change my review to five stars, so it's only four. Thanks for this great app!
