I purchased a tour and was told to download this app and go to the “my tours” section of the app to enter a code; the my tours page was blank, it had nowhere to enter the code.  Deleting and reinstalling the app didn’t help.  I tried three separate times to contact support and all three times the chat was never answered and then closed.  I ended up just cancelling the tour for my money back and permanently deleting the app.

Great way to see Bordeaux once you understand how to work the application! We did this last moment and only had two hours to do the tour but will definitely look into it in the future for a repeat

In every big city of Europe there is a self walking city  tour guide. And today was the magical mystery tour through Turin. Amazing. I loved it. Also Verona. Also Notting Hill.

We loved the convenience of the self-paced Riviera walking tour. Very easy to follow the navigation too. 
Commentary was good, although it should be more consistent throughout with the pronounciation of ‘Nice.’

We downloaded and used the self-guided Tour in Oslo today. I was very impressed with the app and the content. One word of advice: if you arrive on a cruise ship, go ahead and open the app as you disembark.  The starting point of the tour was about 30 minutes from our cruise ship (Royal Caribbean), but the tour makes a loop. If you start the app as you are walking towards town, you can begin the tour near the National Museum or the Nobel Center and you won’t be retracing your route. It doesn’t seem to matter the order in which the stops are visited. Excellent resource! 10/10
