Get better! ### 3/5 — Ok, but one obvious function is missing *2026-03-16, version 4.27.0* App is ok and useful to keep updated during the trip. But the main purpose of such an app is missing: contacting the travel agency for urgent support or changes of the travel. A button next to the travel „Call travel agent“ would make the app a good companion. ### 2/5 — Web Version Better *2026-01-06, version 4.25.4* Company is forcing us to use app for booking hotels and I cannot complete booking once it’s time to pay. Even after support it just doesn’t work. I have to do all my bookings via web and not app which makes things inconvenient. Daher untauglich. ### 2/5 — Sort of works but flawed design *2025-06-25, version 4.24.10* Does sort of work, but has a critical design flaw: it aggressively signs you out and you can’t view tickets when signed out. It also doesn’t automatically integrate with the system password manager. This is very awkward if you are not expecting this behaviour (other travel apps don’t do this). Two of us almost were unable to access tickets while travelling, and had to rely on other mechanisms. Overall not really better than just using the website and emails. Though it does have the one useful feature that it does allow adding the tickets to Apple Wallet which is what saved me when I was let down by this app. ### 1/5 — A garbage dumpster fire of a travel service *2025-06-03, version 4.24.9* Messed up 5 out of 4 flights. Wildly inconsistent customer service. Thousands of wasted company money. The user interface is worst, it keeps buffering for everything and anything that you try to open. I was using CWT and the user experience of that application was just amazing. In this day and age, having such a non-functional app for corporate booking is honestly quite bewildering, and unacceptable. I just see about half the options and there’s no option to zoom out. Even tilting the phone sideways doesn’t change it to landscape view.
