Very old fashion app, doesn’t work properly

Terms and conditions are only in Spanish yet the language set to English so unreadable! 
It not stated that overstaying appears to be a police matter. And are unable to stay longer than planned without pre booking. 
It’s disappointing the police were called it felt as if I was being treated as a criminal. 
Perhaps it’s time to update the user system to show that if someone has not left they should be asked for payment rather than involving the police in such a trivial matter.
