## What is Tripzen Partner?

Tripzen Conductor is the official app for bus conductors and partners on the Tripzen network. Manage your assigned trips, share your live location with booked passengers, sell tickets, and handle bookings — all from your phone.

Designed for the people who run the route, Tripzen Conductor keeps your trips organised and your passengers informed in real time.

KEY FEATURES

• Live trip tracking — Share your bus position with booked passengers in real time so they always know where the bus is and when it will arrive.

• Trip management — See every trip assigned to you, with departure times, routes, and passenger details in one place.

• Passenger list — View who's booked on each trip, check seat assignments, and manage bookings on the go.

• Sell tickets — Sell seats directly from the app for counter and walk-up passengers, including agent bookings.

• Manage bookings — Cancel a booking or change a passenger's seat number, with automatic conflict checks so two passengers never share a seat.

• Instant notifications — Get notified the moment a new trip is assigned, when a trip is starting soon, and when a passenger books or cancels a seat on your trip.

LOCATION USE

Tripzen Conductor uses your location while a trip is in progress to share the live bus position with booked passengers — even when the app is in the background or your phone is locked. Tracking starts when you begin a trip and stops automatically when you end it. Location is shared only with Tripzen and the passengers booked on your trip.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.15 — 2026-08-22

The "waiting for your approval" banner now shows only bookings made by customers through the website or passenger app. Seats you hold yourself no longer appear there — you'll still find and release them from the Held tab as before.

### 1.0.14 — 2026-08-12

• Manifest now shows how many SEATS are booked, not just bookings
• New Held tab — approve or reject waiting bookings on the card
• Remove a booking without losing it, and view its full history
• See the bus seat map from the manifest
• Sell Ticket: searchable agent list, pick pickup/drop from the route's stops or type your own, accept part payment in cash, or hold a seat
• A banner shows bookings waiting for your approval
• Pick a day from the new calendar strip on Trips

### 1.02 — 2026-07-14

What's New

• Get an instant push notification the moment a customer books —
tap it to jump straight to the booking
• Edit a booking's passenger name, phone, and paid amount
• Approve or reject pay-later and bank-transfer bookings on the go
• You'll be prompted to log in again when your session expires
• In-app update reminders so you're always on the latest version
• Stability and performance improvements

### 1.01 — 2026-06-25

Trip reports and trip management for partners and conductors

Edit and delete trips — manage any trip right from the My Trips list. Update the route, vehicle, date and time, fare, status, or crew, or remove a trip you no longer need.
Download a complete trip report (PDF) — generate a full passenger manifest for any trip, with the entire seat chart: seat number, passenger name, phone, pickup and destination, and amount paid. Unbooked seats stay on the chart so you see the whole bus at a glance. Available to both partners and conductors, and easy to save or share.
Performance and stability improvements.
