180 day paid data plans and cameras get deactivated while app is pushing monthly data payments on top of paid limitless 180 day data plan -to push for double payment for data and ignoring what was paid for. Customer service responds with smilies and tells to pay more for already paid 4G services also claiming they can’t help because they did not even go to work today: very strange. Must be normal for Chinese company. Meanwhile by now they turned off two cameras out of 18 with with claims need to pay more for data as soon as i requested to redund illegal charge of monthly payment given my 180 day 4G limitless data I paid for expire in October and November for cameras they turned off.

All of a sudden after a year of use on same exact iPhone I’m logged out and have to start all
Over again w account etc
I did that and we also purchased another birdfeeder for our second home 
Today think Gina bird alert I’m logged out again and don’t see either devices in the app. Ugh you guys have to get your act together

so I got this app because of my birdfeeder and the birdfeeder works great and the camera works great and I get some great clips of the birds. However, I do not give the app full permission to have access to all of my photos and every single time I download a video it asked me to give them access to all of my photos and there’s no need for me to give you access solve my photos, so the fact that it asked me multiple times a day is really annoying. If I was going to give full access to the photos, I would’ve done it by now. Also, the AI keeps marking chickadees as hummingbirds.

I’m having some difficulty logging onto the storage site the cloud app for this app. Every time I try to click on the settings to get the storage cloud it keeps saying failed to retry retry and it doesn’t give me any options to retry. Is there anyway? That you can assist me with getting the storage

視点いじったりしてないのに何回かなった。
多分そのせいで猫が反応して起きてる気がする。

so no info for you. maybe the developer cannot read this. time is too tiny for my display it cannot be read.and many more. unusable. why the blue LED keeps blinking? doesnt that disturb? the rats or racoons? and what about asking for bluetooth? do they mean wifi? put in wifi network and passw for bluetooth? well, seems to work. saw a racoon walk by directly in front of cam(on my phone) ,but no recording. not rain proof, even inside bird feeder. not sharp in 1ft+ distance. so not for security. can it be adjusted?software always moves to cloud but l dont have that. very annoying that replay always goes back to 1. video. very frustrating. l really wish the replay would not start over;if i wish so. how do l stop that? the app should be called “tris birdhouse”very confusing. I wrote this name on the my birdhouse. the camera is available on its own.-also not for distance? I really wish I could name the files. then search for it.

I have to manually change the control mode even if I have it in automatic mode. 
If I fall asleep before the time comes to change it, it won’t detect anything until next day that I manually do it.

This company has been taken two different payment for one service for at least three months been trying to cancel at least one of the service are all and they make it so difficult to cancel through PayPal that I still unable to cancel it. I would not advise anyone to get cloud service through this company, they’re just a thief and no matter how you send an email to them. You get no response.

I cannot access online services at all. When I try to click on the activate my subscription, it tries to load and fails. I have changed my Wi-Fi to 2.4 GHz. I rebooted my phone, router, and the birdfeeder. I have started over several times and get the same result. Very disappointed in this app and the feeder since I cannot connect it.

The last update made my setup more unstable.  I normally keep live view on 24/7. The last update now pops up a time to take a rest with option to confirm or continue viewing. Recycling the app load up to 99% but never handshake. I had to power off/on the camera to reset and continue to 100% handshake.

This app is INCREDIBLY hard to navigate. Nothing is where you think it would be.
I get notified every time a bird even moves on the feeder. I wish there was a way to silence specific bird notifications. Maybe there’s a way to fix these things but I just can’t find it because it’s hidden in some random spot.
