Firas is a MMA, health, and philosophical genius, his insttuctionals are super informative, and he’s a great teacher. Only thing that holds this app from being 5/5 is the app is a bit slow and clunky at times.

Firas does a great job not just showing the techniques but also explaining why it’s important and pointing out the important details. He has an interesting unique style but also focuses on a lot of the fundamentals too, and its proven to be effective.
