TRITON offers any manufacturer the possibility of equipping their pedestals with an advanced control system, turning these pedestals into prepaid self-managedsupply points for users and allowing the port to bill each user for their actual electricity and water consumption without the need for manual readings or management. With the new app, users can perform all the relevant operations for proper management, and all of this from anywhere, without the need to be present at the port. Ask your marina administrator for the TRITON system. APP instructions: HOME SCREEN: - It shows the remaining credit in the upper side. - It shows supplies in progress, with the information of the pedestals and devices in use, the kWh or m3 consumed and the amount of the operation. OPERATIONS SCREEN: - Opening and closing of supplies locally or remotely. Select Open or Close, and the pedestal and device to operate. RECHARGE SCREEN: - Credit Recharge by credit card or Paypal. Set the amount to recharge and select Paypal or credit card payment. You will be forwarded to the Paypal secure payment platform to finish the operation. REPORTS SCREEN: - Query of historical monthly operations, both supplies and recharges, which you can then export to pdf file, or share it. The log in system is more convoluted than any I have come across including the worst Government Apps There is a frequent need to go through a time consuming process when reconnecting after leaving the marina berth, and to keep a prompt sheet for the various codes. There have been several occasions when I have been disconnected for no apparent reason Tonight I have spent well over an hour trying to top up my account the payment system will not connect. It is hard to believe that anyone committing to installing it has had it user tested. The aims of the system are desirable but from an end user perspective it fails miserably in its execution . ### 1/5 — Awful awful awful *2025-08-25, version 1.4.9* 1 star is too good for this service and product it rarely works. In concept it is a good idea but is poor in execution. The system is implemented in a marina I use with the intention of accurately billing berth holders for the power used rather than estimates/contested meter readings. The software is so glitchy that I often have to leave the boat with no power and ask a friend or the marina office to check / establish connection. It’s simply rubbish. In a world where homes have multiple connected devises on multiple platforms working well together for any business to offer a contained product or system that does not talk to itself is woeful. ### 1/5 — Credentials *2025-07-16, version 1.4.9* App doesn’t retain your access credentials, each time you want to use the app; you have to add your credentials which are impossible to remember. Really poor app! ### 1/5 — Appalling! *2024-10-04, version 1.4.7* This app is appallingly clunky. It proves quite frustrating for the customer as nothing seems to make sense. Reloading the account is the very definition of officious and unnecessarily convoluted. You have to enter the marina location, user ID, password and ID number (all of which are unmemorable), then select a tower and output every time you use the app because it doesn’t remember your details (even though you’re given the option to do so). Further, the option descriptions to “recharge” and “operate” are meaningless. Takes ages every time and is really unhelpful. I wouldn’t mind so much but the cost to use this service is a percentage of the energy you buy so it’s very expensive. Also, as the Marina chose this operator we have no choice. Dear service provider (whoever you are), please use the money you take from us and use a decent developer. Hence we give this “no stars”.
