As a personal trainer I love seeing apps expose individuals to functional fitness and the Biomechanics that roll on along with it, it won’t overwhelm you but help you understand what it is that you are doing! The periodization process you’ll undergo is well throughout and helps you every step of the way enabling you to focus on your workout and making it such a smoother experience to the user 110% recommend !
