Been using TRL/Active for a few weeks and it’s legit. The AI coach actually adjusts based on what I log instead of just running me through a static plan. Voice logging mid-workout is clutch. And having workouts + meals built from the same profile means I’m not bouncing between apps anymore. Easy 5 stars.
