### 1/5 — Can’t Log In

Why is it that the app doesn’t let me log in, yet I can log in easily on the website? Just a suggestion to whomever created this, please don’t roll out an app to the masses if it’s not ready yet. 

I also never received any information from TRL that there was a new app. I therefore kept using the old app that simply  wouldn’t allow me to search or do anything. This transition could have been handled so much better.

### 4/5 — Randomly logs me out & doesn’t let me back in

I love the app! It’s super cool that I can check out ebooks & audiobooks and renew my physical reads from home. 
I haven’t had a ton of issues, but I notice that on some days, it will log me out and not let me log back in, stating “The server is not responding.” I usually have to wait at least a full hour before logging back in, even though all of my info was entered correctly the first time. 
I wonder if this could be fixed, or if this issue had come to the developers’ attention yet. I will continue to keep using the app— it’s great otherwise!
