How would I know that, and anyway the app seems to have that info already. Also it'd be nice to get some feedback occasionally, maybe by mail. I've been using this app for years and have never won a prize draw or heard from them in any way. ### 2/5 — What’s the point? *2024-04-20* Repeatedly report trolleys but weeks later they are still there. Can only report street addresses rather than real locations such as parks, drains and laneways. ### 2/5 — Like the old version *2024-03-16* Liked the old version of the app where you could pin drop anywhere like at bus stops as that is where they mostly end up. Now I can’t even do that and is worse off than it used to be with more errors when trying to report that I don’t do it as much anyone. When the pointer is moved around the map, enable the user to select the resultant spot to report. That’s it. It does not automatically work out the address. It does not accept pictures to make the report clear. It takes twice as many clicks to lodge a report as SnapSendSolve. ### 1/5 — Improvements required *2025-11-19* The app is awkward to use and requires location input, better approach would be to photograph the trolley and use the photo coordinates for the location. This would also negate the need to identify the trolley as this would be obvious in the photo. ### 1/5 — App needs an update *2025-05-11* I think you should be able to take a photo to send. I tried to report a trolley, entered the address and it couldn’t find it the house number, street or suburb. So I couldn’t report it. ### 1/5 — Unable to drop a pin on map *2025-02-26* Multiple times I have been unable to report trolleys. Twice today I was standing beside the trolley but when. Said to use my location it wanted me to confirm the address. It’s a street with big businesses and no street numbers. Other time Wiley driving I saw trolleys and later tried to enter where they were but again could not drop a pin and I had to look the address up using google maps. Crazy. Add drop pin ability to map ### 1/5 — From Great to Bad *2024-10-29* his used to be a great app but the last upgrade I have decided not to use it. The app no longer allows you to add extra information. e.g. on vacant land opposite given address. Shifting the pin to show the location of an abandoned trolley at a bus stop , a park, creek bed etc. doesn’t work. The app keeps asking for an address and then jams. Woolworths, Dan Murphys and Big W will have to locate their trolleys without my help. ### 1/5 — Non responsive *2024-07-08, version 2.0* You can submit reports all you like, but don’t expect anyone to come and collect the reported abandoned trolleys. Then I found myself on a one way path, with no “ back” option, or forward path either. Seems to be defective. I’ll have to Uninstall . So will they find trolley? Hopeless. ### 1/5 — Useless Spp *2024-01-19, version 1.0.1* Have reported the same trolley for two weeks, still not picked up ### 1/5 — Less than useless *2024-01-13* It is very easy to report a trolley, seamless in fact, but the problem is, nobody removes the trolley, despite four bookings. I even rang their customer service line and was promised it would be removed, but that never happened. I ended up contacting my council (Stonington) who quickly removed it from our nature strip. Two months later another trolley was dumped and once again, despite three bookings and a telephone call, nothing has happened.
