### 1/5 — Smart Bulb Settings Screen no longer loads

I have a series of Tronic smart bulbs in my home, and the app no longer loads the setting screens to adjust brightness / color. The screen just hangs in a loading pattern. It’s been this way for about 6+ months - have tried uninstalling and reinstalling bulbs from app, uninstalling and reinstalling app itself, changing phones and nothing changes. Really disappointing as bulbs are now stuck on the last setting I had before the bulb settings screen stopped working. Tried submitting a support ticket and haven’t heard back - please fix.

The app keeps loading and doesn’t allow you to change the settings even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app… terrible design

I am currently unable to change the settings of the bulb including the colour temperature, brightness and colour; which means I have a bulb that lights white only. The app keeps loading when I attempt to access the settings page where these configurations are located thus a waste of money for the bulb.

Also, there was a promise of linking the devices to Google Assistant on the app but that too does not work.
