Seit dem Update kann ich mich auf meiner ultra 2 nicht mehr anmelden. Bei der Anlage eines Fahrzeugs komme ich in eine Endlosschleife: „Bitte versuche erneut dich in der App anzumelden und versuche die Anlage erneut“ [Retry] [zurücksezten] Ich bin angemeldet und habe ein laufendes Abo. Inzwischen funktioniert es. Darauf wird im Store nicht hingewiesen, sondern erst nachdem Tronity an die Daten des Nutzers gelangt ist. Es wird keine Emailadresse genannt, unter der man um die Löschung seiner Daten bitten kann - weder in der Mail zur Verifikation noch im Impressum auf der Webseite. AGB und Datenschützerklärung sind auf Englisch verfasst - von einem Anbieter aus Deutschland. Das ganze wirkt nicht vertrauenswürdig. ICH lasse meine Finger davon ### 5/5 — Lässt sich nicht installieren *2024-10-01, version 2.4.14* Ließ sich weder auf dem Iphone (16.3.1) noch auf dem IPad (17.7) installieren. Liegt aber, wie sich inzwischen herausgestellt hat, nicht an der App, sondern vermutlich an einem Fehler in der VW-Datenbank. Betreuung und Support durch das tronity-Team sind sehr schnell und kompetent. ### 5/5 — Besser als alles andere *2024-09-28* Vorneweg: TRONITY kann nur Daten verarbeiten, die der Fahrzeughersteller „rausrückt“ daher haben wir das Problem, dass VOLVO (Geely) seit einigen Monaten gar nix mehr übergibt. Nicht mal die Werkstatt kann einen SOH auslesen! Nun zurück zu TRONITY beim DACIA Spring (immer) und beim Opel Corsa ( mit kleinen Unterbrechungen) haben wir eine fantastische Darstellung und Auswertemöglichkeit Alles was die Neugierde über eMobilität wissen möchte, sehr empfehlenswert. Besonders hervorzuheben der Support. Der Support antwortet sofort und auch mit der richtigen Lösung. Leider werden momentan keine Reisedaten aufgezeichnet. Das liegt aber eindeutig an Mercedes. Auch im Eco Coach kann ich seit Tagen keine Reisedaten sehen. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Excrément déçus *2025-09-27* J’ai rencontré un problème lors du renouvellement de mon abonnement, lié à la validité de ma carte bancaire. Bien que le paiement ait été rétabli dans les deux mois suivants et prélevé régulièrement par la suite, je n’ai pas pu accéder à l’application pendant près de 5 mois. J’ai contacté à plusieurs reprises le support et les développeurs, mais les échanges sont restés sans solution concrète. Le manque de suivi et d’accompagnement a été particulièrement frustrant. Finalement, n’ayant plus eu aucun retour, j’ai décidé de mettre fin à mon abonnement. C’est regrettable, car l’application en elle-même est intéressante et aurait pu répondre à mes besoins si le service client avait été à la hauteur. ### 1/5 — Not working *2025-06-06, version 2.4.20* I have been paying for this for a few months now but it keeps saying payment didn’t go through even tho it has left my account, so I have deleted the app ### 1/5 — Ford Mach-E is not supported. *2025-05-11* I downloaded the app and when I try to add my Ford Mach-E, the app ONLY allows Tesla to be input. Overpriced *2025-04-25, version 2.4.19* This app promises a lot but does not deliver! It very seldom has the correct data and can not show the route travelled! I have tried this app for 3 years, but can only say : AVOID if you try to link a Porsche Taycan! TRONITY always blame Porsche for poor connection from the car but other services do not have any problems to have reliable links. Contacted support which confirms Ford is not available in the US. Downright misleading. ### 1/5 — Little to no US Support *2024-11-16* As it turns out, the only vehicle manufacturer supported in the US is Tesla. I’ve only had to contact support a couple of times for help, and each time they’ve responded very quickly and solved my questions. ### 5/5 — Toller Leistungsumfang, erstklassiger Support *2026-06-13* Ich nutze Tronity nun schon knapp drei Jahre mit dem dritten Enyaq. Als Premium für mich um Fahrstrecke und Verbrauch im Auge zu haben und auch aus technischem Interesse - wie wirkt sich die Temperatur tatsächlich bei meinen regelmäßigen Fahrten in die Arbeit aus etc. Da ich mit dem aktuellen Auto Probleme mit der Registrierung hatte, habe ich ein Support Ticket aufgemacht. Die erste Antwort bekam ich innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Letztendlich lag es nicht an Tronity, sondern an einer unvollständigen Aktivierung des Autos bei Skoda Connect …. ### 5/5 — ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolut empfehlenswert – Herausragender Support! *2026-04-15* Ich nutze TRONITY nun schon eine ganze Weile für mein Fahrzeug und bin restlos begeistert. Die App bietet genau die Insights und Daten, die man sich als E-Auto-Fahrer wünscht, um die Effizienz und Kosten im Blick zu behalten. Was mich aber am meisten beeindruckt hat, ist der Service: Ich hatte eine kleine technische Rückfrage und war baff, wie schnell mir geholfen wurde. Der Support-Kontakt ist extrem schnell, kompetent und vor allem menschlich. In der heutigen Zeit ist so eine kurze Reaktionszeit bei Problemen absolut keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr. Man merkt sofort, dass hier echte Experten am Werk sind, denen die Zufriedenheit ihrer Nutzer wirklich am Herzen liegt. Fazit: Top Software, intuitive Bedienung und ein erstklassiger Support. Beim Wechsel gab es nie Probleme. Auch wenn ich mal nicht weiter wusste wie was wo eingestellt werden muss damit es meinen Ansprüchen gerecht wird, habe ich kurz den Support angeschrieben und es wurde kurz und schnell geholfen bzw. bei weiteren Fragen geklärt. Man merkt das hier ein junges Team im Einsatz ist und nicht ein Konzern.
