This app is not user friendly, it cannot use your current location to find courses close to you. When booking it takes you out of app. When trying to find courses to golf at you need to google courses that Troon owns since you cannot type in a city and have it recommend courses.

I can no longer book any tee times with this Troon app. When I log into this app is get all types of warnings telling me I’m not authorized to use the app. The app needs to be updated ASAP.

This app is useless.  My local course doesn’t show.  Hard to book tee times.  Crashes.  I have nothing positive to say.  I’m sorry Troon.

Pretty sure that you can build an app that accommodates the screen size of the phone. It’s hard to use an app where the sign up screen doesn’t scroll down to show the “activate” or whatever button after entering your info and desired password. Try it on an Apple SE.  You will see what I mean.

It’s hard to imagine that a company like Troon can’t merge both apps into one seamless and easy flowing application. Every time I move from the Troon Mobile App, it closes and I have to log back in via email and password. I always get the notification that my info is incorrect, in spite of that the app opens. I have to search around to find my number. The issues are endless… Hard to use, very clumsy.

Troon should throttle whoever developed this app for them!  This app is garbage and not even mobile friendly! Completely Useless App!! I’m a Troon Prive’ member.  I thought that this would be the way to utilize my membership, but boy I was completely Wrong!!! Don’t waste your time!!

Troon sent me a rewards email, so they have my correct email address. However, when I attempt to reset my password using that same email address, the Troon app fails to send me a password reset email. Weak.

I don’t understand the purpose of this app. Simply shows the points I have available and an ad for joining the rewards plus program. My local courses do not show up at all for booking tee times, score cards, gps information, etc. I go directly through the golf course. So again…what’s the purpose of this app?? I will also be manually keeping track of my points because I have no idea if this app is tracking them properly.

Rebuilt the welcome, sign in, and home screens. Also fixed animations and the video screens to conform with iOS 15... Also had to remove the remember me function and FaceID due to the amount of changes with iOS 15 and will re-implement in the next release.

The Troon App Dev team has fixed several bugs including:

-Bug fix for location services and searching for facilities with location services turned on.
-Bug fix for Tee Times screen when booking Troon Card tee times
-Bug fix for dark mode error with back button on video screen and updated the video player to pause the video when going back
