MACROS: Macros, or macronutrients, are protein, carbohydrates, and fats. Along with calories, they set the foundation for any solid nutrition plan. We use the scientifically established formulas to calculate your daily caloric needs. The same formulas you find on bodybuilding websites or in any other nutrition based apps. I thought, ok, I will use it now... and there is no possible way to use this app, no instructions, it’s not intuitive at all... just no, no, no. I would very much like to get my money back. **Developer response:** We are very sorry about your experience!
