The app won’t open anymore

The app used to work flawlessly, now every time I try to use it and place an order it declines my card. The card is not the issue because I went into the restaurant and the same card worked. Not sure why it’s happening but I can’t use my rewards which is the only reason for the app. If this isn’t fixed, I will be deleting the app.

Checking out of the app should not require so many screens! I click check out, I don’t want a pop up asking me to buy a whole lunch when I just ordered a smoothie. Further - the having to select a tip which is defaulted to 15% and then having to opt out if rounding up. People DO NOT want all of these steps for a simple order and check out. Far too many clicks for a smoothie. Remove the default tip and rounding up! Make the app ordering simple. You’re a smoothie chain!!

This app won’t accept my Mastercard or Apple Pay. That’s all. Declined it through Apple Pay but I can use it on other apps. Makes me never want to get Tropical Smoothie again.

Once it’s open, this app does everything well. Easy to use, easy to order, easy to pay. 

Unfortunately, something on the last update broke it. If I open the app from its icon, it hangs at the loading screen. 

If I click on any link to the app (e.g. through a marketing email), the app loads normally. 

Don’t know what’s causing that error, but it’s a pretty significant one, and it hasn’t been fixed across more than a month now.

App stopped opening. I updated it and it still will not open. Finally, it actually crashes rather than perpetually opening. 

I did try to provide app feedback in-app about an error I encountered when trying to use two rewards on one purchase (free smoothie + 1 add on). It’s tacky that you are not allowed to do that in general, especially if you think about your customers who always get the same smoothie.

The in-app feedback did not let me click submit after taking the time to do it. It felt like I was pressing a UI button without a link. 

So until this app works again 1/5 stars. And probably not passed 3/5 stars until you fix in-app feedback. It would prevent issues of this magnitude & money in the long run.

Can’t even check out. Pressing pay with Apple does nothing. Currently on iOS 26, iPhone 17 pro

Used app for several years up until a month ago. Now all I get is the pink welcome screen with graphics but it never loads past that. I’ve updated, deleted and reinstalled, and nothing helps. Disappointing.
