Easy to use, easy to order, easy to pay. Unfortunately, something on the last update broke it. If I open the app from its icon, it hangs at the loading screen. If I click on any link to the app (e.g. through a marketing email), the app loads normally. Don’t know what’s causing that error, but it’s a pretty significant one, and it hasn’t been fixed across more than a month now. ### 2/5 — Apple Pay doesn’t work? *2026-08-14, version 6.8.18* Can’t even check out. There is no acceptable reason for not allowing this. It wastes my time and causes more time to be spent at the order window. Not sure how this app is an advantage over using the website either because of this. Users should not be forced to have phone location turned to manually enter or scan a receipt's barcode for member points. Again, it's company greed & not necessary at all. The receipt gives that information of purchase location anyway, but where I am when I decide to enter the codes is NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS. Programmer should fix these. It charges you $4.99 before you even pick any options in pair and save. Then it charges you full price for the entree you select and it adds $5-6 for the smoothie. The normal smoothie prices are around $7. So you pay $3-4 extra for a combo that’s supposed to be cheaper. The card is not the issue because I went into the restaurant and the same card worked. I did try to provide app feedback in-app about an error I encountered when trying to use two rewards on one purchase (free smoothie + 1 add on). It’s tacky that you are not allowed to do that in general, especially if you think about your customers who always get the same smoothie. The in-app feedback did not let me click submit after taking the time to do it. It felt like I was pressing a UI button without a link. So until this app works again 1/5 stars. And probably not passed 3/5 stars until you fix in-app feedback.
